Cancellation Timeframe:** - **More than 14 Days Prior to Course Start:** - A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the course start date. - **7 to 14 Days Prior to Course Start:** - A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation is made between 7 to 14 days before the course start date. - **Less than 7 Days Prior to Course Start:** - No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date. ## **2. Transfer Policy:** - If you wish to transfer your course registration to a different date, you may do so depending on availability. - Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the initially scheduled course date. ## **4. Course Rescheduling:** - A one-time reschedule is allowed at no additional cost if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the initially scheduled course date. - Subsequent reschedule requests will incur a rescheduling fee. ## **5. Non-Attendance:** - If a participant does not attend the course without prior cancellation or rescheduling, no refund or credit will be provided. ## **6. Aesthetics Box Ltd Discretion:** - Aesthetics Box Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. - In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future course.
